[Gul's ~ A Book with the Fragrance of a Flower]

The Papa john’s post was 100th post from Gul, (she doesn’t know .. i think…) and this one is 101st so give her a big hand on reaching a milestone.

Yesterday when Abbu asked us in the car while our way back from bari phuppo’s home that where would you like to spoil your taste buds this time, I was sitted there at the corner seat and was completely into my authentic boredom playing game on my cell, felt so much excited on this offer as bcoz I was expecting this from him. Papa John’s was my peak choice, I badly wanted to visit there on this eid as bcoz my all friends went over there during Ramadan for aftaari at its opening suggested those who didnt went yet there to must have atleast one visit without paying any compliements. They said when you people will go through their menu card you guys wont help yourselves to control over your odd looks….. Garden Pizza, Volcanno Pizza, Mint Pizza, Cha Cha Chicken and many more weird pizza verieties.

Anyways when we went there so from inside it seemed like chota bhai of Pizza Hut, same type of dinor, same veriety in salid, same counter texture, same paintings which usually hang inside Pizza HUT and they too have Tikka and BAR-BQ flavours in their menu list. We ordered two large Pizzas of different verieties with salid and a pitcher. This order left us insane on its delivery, Pizzas size was immeasurable OMG! it was too much for our family size, only one was covering total area of our table when total strength of 4 people ammi, abbu, me and bhai looked at them we felt ourselves half filled bcoz all of my family members were against my choice they said “Pizza hi khana hai to pizza hut chalo” and all are quiet cautious for having new tastes except me. All of us harldy ate one piece after salid and came back with tons of parcelled pizza which is still spoiling in my fridge….YUCK! NOW if anyone among you is planning to visit there so as being a well wisher I’m restricting you from doing so because its more then a third class street pizza, when you eat it you’ll feel like something medicated is mixed in its dough and very awefull thingy which we observed that something like rough powder was sprikled over it to make it more filthy, pizza sauce also had a bitter taste. If you have money to waste you can lend it to me I know thousands of ways to spend without wasting it ;o). Now I’m fully dosed by all in the car . I think I deserve some scolds bcoz I wasted my father’s Rs._ _ _ _ *hiding her face*. Yes! it was a four digit amount, but for your comfort I’m telling u that Papa is little cheaper then Pizza HUT.

I think this is fourth frenchise from US came to Pakistan this Ramadan after Pizza Hut, Pizza Next and Domino. Now after experiencing Papa John’s I’ve tasted all of them. I’m able to rank them as follows.

Dont follow the traditions of eidi and greeting cards this time specially – Director’s message of our university.

Its the time to change the concept of eid running from decades in our society, we can celebrate it in more decent way atleast this year when many parts of our beloved motherland sufferd from a calamity and left many who can never think to celebrate eid this year and many without their parents, childeren, husbands, wives. This grief sharing can tell us true logic of our oneness and unity.

Here are greetings to all Almighty belivers throughout the Universe from my part.
